Our signature
A slow, scalp-focused ritual of cleansing, massage and deep relaxation, set in our calm Spring Branch space. We will help you choose the right fit when you book.
Custom, results-driven facials that begin with your skin and your goals rather than a set menu. Marilyn's 16 years working alongside a dermatologist shape how we plan each visit.
Non-invasive body contouring for guests who want to refine the look of specific areas without surgery. Our menu includes cryo therapy sculpting and other treatments chosen around your goals.
Body contouring is non-invasive. Results vary, and treatment is usually a series of sessions.
When you simply want an hour to unwind, our infrared sauna and red light therapy are here too.
A quiet, unhurried session beneath our LED red light panel, set aside for you to rest and unwind. Ask us about adding it to your visit when you book.
Botox planned around your face and your goals, softening the look of fine lines and wrinkles with natural-looking results. Your consultation is free, so you can talk through your goals before you decide anything.
Botox treatments are performed by Marilyn Webb under the delegation and supervision of Concierge Health Medicine, PLLC. Delegating physicians: Marie Nicole Beauvoir (Texas medical license S1764) and Craig H. Collison (Texas medical license W2410). A consultation is required before treatment. Results vary.

Bliss Beauty Bar was founded in 2024 by Marilyn, an aesthetician who spent 16 years working alongside a dermatologist. She opened our Spring Branch spa to bring that depth of skin knowledge into a calmer, more personal setting.
Guests choose us for our signature treatments, and just as much for the space itself and the warm team who never hurry you. Whether you come for a Japanese Head Spa, a facial or a quiet hour in the lounge, you are welcome here.
